GRIEF & LOSS
Loss of someone or something we love can feel overwhelming and stop us in our tracks. Whether it is the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a pet, the loss of a job, the loss of a dream, there may deep sadness mixed with anger, guilt, and disbelief. Everyone experiences grief differently, but allowing yourself the space to mourn your loss is an important part of the healing process. Seeing a counselor may help your process your emotions in a safe and constructive setting. You do not have to be ready to “move on” to process grief with a counselor. You do not have to walk this journey alone.
