ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger is a normal emotion that all people experience. When anger becomes too consuming, occurs too often, destroys relationships, impacts health, or becomes physical, professional guidance may be helpful. Seeing a therapist for anger management may help you identify underlying emotions and triggers, learn to deal with difficult people, set boundaries, and improve conflict resolution skills. My anger management sessions are currently offered on a one-on-one basis. This allows for a more private, customized experience to explore underlying concerns and learn new skills. This approach is ideal for executives, attorneys, physicians, law enforcement officers, or any individual looking for a more discrete and private option to group classes.
ANGER MANAGEMENT EVALUATIONS
Some people are required to complete an Anger Management Evaluation for work or court. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine how many anger management sessions are appropriate for each individual. Evaluations are scheduled by appointment by calling (678) 969-4188.
